Like its namesake, the Belargus blue butterfly that flutters lowly in Anjou's hillsides, the Domaine Belargus breathes a life of elegance of its own, pampered by croups sculpted by the winds, various sand plateaus, steep hills and most of all - the shifting complexities of various rocks, all within its soil. It is these little things that give a life of its own to the vineyard and the wine it produces.
